The 11pm WhatsApp reply
Family is asleep. You are typing a quote to a client because the sales guy "forgot". Kal subah phir wahi. Every deal still needs your thumb on it, and the team knows it.
🇮🇳 For Indian business owners doing ₹1 Cr+ a year with a team of 5 to 500.
In two evenings on Zoom you build six working systems for your own company, live, alongside us. Team, sales, operations, hiring, follow-ups, reporting. You leave with them switched on, not with notes.
No code. No developer. Only for owners with a real team to run. If you are a solo freelancer, this is not for you.
4 minutes. What you will build, and who should not register.

Lead aaya, call hua, proposal gaya. Then silence. Nobody followed up on day three, or day seven, or day fourteen. You find out a month later when they post about signing with someone else.
Each interruption is small. Together they are your whole day. By evening you have answered forty questions and done zero of the work only you can do.
Naukri pe post kiya, 300 resumes aaye, you screened them yourself on a Sunday. Three rounds later the person joined and left in six weeks. Back to the same Sunday.
Someone asks how the month is going and you do the maths from memory, because the actual numbers are in four places and nobody has joined them. You are the dashboard.
Goa ke liye nikle, but the phone came too. Two calls on the beach, one invoice approved from the hotel lobby. The company ran for four days because you never actually left.
Count the roles you actually held this week. Then look at the one you tell people you hold.
The gap between these two columns is not a discipline problem. It is a systems problem. Nothing in your company can run a process end to end without you in the loop, so you are in every loop.
You have said this before. Every time, you learned the thing in a weekend and it became normal by the next month.
Same sentence, every time. And every time the business that adopted first pulled ahead of the one that waited. Nothing in this workshop needs code. If you can send a voice note, you can build what we build.
Every enquiry from your website, WhatsApp and Instagram gets qualified and answered in under a minute, in your tone, with the right next step.
a lead responder connected to your real enquiry channels
A day 1, 3, 7 and 14 follow-up that goes out on its own, stops the moment they reply, and hands warm ones to a human.
a follow-up engine running on your current open leads
Before any call, a one-page brief on the prospect lands in your rep's inbox. What they asked, what they bought before, what to pitch.
a pre-call brief generator wired to your calendar
Your SOPs, policies, price lists and answers to the fifty questions your team asks you every week, in one place they can ask instead of you.
an internal assistant your team can use the same night
Applicants get screened against your role, ranked, and asked the first-round questions before you see a single resume.
a screening pipeline for your next open role
Sales, cash, and open issues pulled from where they live and written up as one page, delivered every Monday without anyone compiling it.
a weekly report that arrives whether you ask for it or not
The lead responder feeds the follow-up engine. The follow-up engine books the call. The call brief pulls from the company brain. The hire that the screening pipeline found is trained on the same brain. And all of it reports to you on Monday. That is an operating system: six parts that pass work to each other without passing through you.

Dummy origin paragraph one. How Reputex Studios started, what the first bottleneck looked like, and the moment you realised you were the thing slowing the company down.
Dummy origin paragraph two. What you built to fix it, how it changed the way the agency ran, and how that same architecture became what you install for clients.
Dummy origin paragraph three. Why you are teaching it live rather than only doing it for people, and what you want an owner to have by the end of Day 2.
Dummy pull quote. One sentence, in your own voice, about what an owner should be doing with their day once the systems exist. Moksh, co-founder
These are the numbers from the pipeline Reputex runs for its own clients, using the exact architecture you build on Day 1 and Day 2. Not a case study. A ledger.

You build six systems in two evenings and keep them. Near the end of Day 2 we explain how Reputex installs the full version for clients who want it done for them. You can ignore that part and still leave with everything you built.
The price is low so that the decision is easy and the room is full of serious owners rather than browsers. The catch is that you have to actually attend and build. There is no other catch.
Most owners have tried a chatbot in a browser tab. This is not that. You connect systems to your real enquiries, your real calendar, your real SOPs. The difference is wiring, and wiring is what the two evenings are for.
If you have leads that need replies, follow-ups that get missed, people who ask you questions, roles you need to fill, and numbers you need to see, it applies. Those are the six systems. The industry changes the words, not the architecture.
That is the reason to come. The two evenings are the last time you do these tasks by hand. If you genuinely cannot make both dates, do not register; a recording without the building is not the same product.
They can attend with you. They cannot attend instead of you. The owner has to decide how the company runs, and that is what you are deciding, live, in two evenings.
Six systems, built live, running before you log off. One price, one time. The seat count below is real and it is not going up.
